Six of the thirteen divisions of the CPI basket had positive impacts on the monthly variation of the index, five divisions had negative impacts, and two divisions had no impact.
Among the divisions with increases in prices, the most notable was food and non-alcoholic beverages (0.5%), which had an impact of 0.106 percentage points (pp).
Among the divisions with monthly decreases in prices, the most notable was clothing and footwear (-3.1%), which had an impact of -0.079 pp, and information and communication (-1.1%), which had an impact of -0.068 pp.
The other divisions with a positive influence on the CPI had a combined impact of 0.181 pp.
